For lighter needs, our Monthly Service covers 12 visits per year, keeping things tidy without the commitment of more frequent visits. Need more than one load removed during a visit? No problem — additional loads are available at a simple price per load, giving you full flexibility every step of the way.

Eviction service pricing is structured in line with our Trash Out Services and is based on the size and condition of the property — simply send us a few photos for a detailed, accurate quote. Should any items remain at the property line after 24 hours and require disposal, an additional disposal fee applies per load. This ensures that no matter what happens after the initial service, your property stays clean and clear without any extra hassle on your end.
